We maintain a good collection of books of technical, professional and general interest. The students are allowed the free use of these books under the following regulations:-
1. Library will remain open during Institute hours on all working days. However, the Principal may extend these hours beyond the working hours if the students so desire..
2. The books will be issued to the students – three books for 14 days.
Books must be returned or renewed within specified days but the Librarian may summon the return of the book earlier as and when urgently required.
3. A fine of fifty paisa per day will be imposed for every book returned late.
4. In case of book lost, it would be necessary to replace the book or pay the price mentioned in the Accession Register plus 25% or market price plus 10% whichever is more.
5. Marking on books, defacing or tearing off papers/pages is not permissible and the defaulters will ordinarily be required to pay the price of the books. Technical journals are provided in the Reading Room for the students.
6 Library books are to be taken back from the students before the start of examination. The Principal, at his discretion may allow a student to retain the book during the examination period.
7 Library has a Free Book Cell for the poor students and books are issued to the needy students for the full semester.
MEDICAL AID :
The College has its own dispensary for providing necessary medical facilities to the students. This will also enable medical checkup of every student twice during the year.
The student will submit the medical undertaking in the prescribed by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training in their Prospectus.
TRANSPORTATION:
The college provides an excellent transport facility to cater to the needs of the students coming from Bathinda city, Tapa, Rampura Phul, Bhuchoo, Nathana, Goniana Mandi, Gidarbaha, Kot-shamir, Kot Fata and other surrounding areas at nominal charges on the following terms and conditions:
• Bus fee paid will be for the full Semester and the candidate will undertake to pay for the rest of the academic year.
• Bus fee is payable in advance in July and December for full academic year in two equal installments.
• If due to any reason, the student leaves the bus service during the year, he/she will pay the bus charges for full academic year.
• The student will board the bus from the mentioned boarding point only and if in case found boarding on another route, he will be liable to any disciplinary action taken against him/her by the college.
• The student will carry the bus identity card (College bus pass) all the times while boarding the bus.
• The student will not use mobile phone or music kit in the bus.
• The student will immediately comply with the instructions of the bus driver or the route incharge while traveling in the bus.
• Tthe institute has the full authority to amend the bus rules and regulations including bus timings, bus boarding points or any other from time to time.
• The student will be liable to pay for any damages caused by him to the bus property or the property of the Institute.
• Moreover, concessional bus/railway pass facility is also available to the students.
HOSTEL FACILITY :
College has magnificent separate hostels for girls and boys in the heart of Bathinda city with air-conditioned rooms, 24-hour generator backup power supply, home-like PG facilities and free bus service for hostellers for college.
CANTEEN :
Well furnished cafeteria with sitting capacity of 40 -50 people has been set up within the campus,where the students can relax.It is also a place where they can interact with their fello students informally.
TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL :
The College has established Training and Placement cell under an Expert from the State of Kerala (South India) for the following purposes:
" To guide the students with most effective methodology,
" To provide information and counseling to explore the latent talent and aptitudes among students;
" To provide communication skill and develop corporate personality;
" To organize practical/on-job training in industry;
" To organize educational and excursion tours of students;
